Tiger Golf Club Appoints Yomi Ojo As Publicist

In a bid to create more feasibility for a golf club, the prestigious Tiger Golf Club has appointed Otunba Yomi Ojo as the head of publicity committee of the club through a letter signed by the secretary of the Club, Olumuyiwa Omitowoju and made available to the sporting press.

Yetunde Opadokun and Adeniyi Adejuyigbe were chosen according to the letter as members of the committee while Otunba Yomi Ojo popularly known as Fiwajoye in golfing circle was appointed as the chairman of the committee that was saddled with responsibility to be creating awareness for the Golf Club that is situated inside the Adekunle Fajuyi Cantonment, Odogbo barracks, Ibadan.

Yomi Ojo in his reaction to the appointment pledged to do his best in boosting the image of the great golf club, considering his robust relationship with member of the press in Nigeria, saying “publicity committee which is crucial to ensuring the success and growth of the club will not let down the executives of the club, because to the confidence they have in all the committee members”.

“The game of golf is challenging and part of my plans is to be creating educational material that will help in promoting golf teaching while also advertising the knowledge of your teachings through the professionals will further help the image of Tiger Golf Club”, said Otunba Yomi Ojo.

The task before the committee according to the letter is to: create improved awareness for Tiger Golf Club, effective management of the all social media accounts of the club, developing publicity materials and organising events and tournament by working closely with the competition committee and be responsible for organising and promoting all clubs events, tournaments and social gatherings.
