Ibadan Agog For Glorious Sports’ Super Fight Boxing Show
Ibadan the capital city of Oyo State will be enlivened this Sunday 21st September 2025 when Glorious Sports Promotions will be staging a boxing show tagged: Super Fight 3.0 at indoor Sports Hall of Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba Ibadan.
Big fight of the day according to Ganiyu Oladayo, the CEO of Glorious Sports Promotions is the contest between Nigeria’s Wasiu Akintayo and Soule Keke from the Republic of Benin, a bout that promises to be thrilling taking into consideration how boastful the two fighters are
Other notable boxers that will fight on the card are Balogun ‘Modric’ Oluwasina, Azeez Lateef ‘the Sledge Puncher’, Oluwatosin Adesina the Destiny Boy, Atoyebi Emmanuel Olamilekan, Samuel Opurum, Agboola ‘Tiny’ Durotimi, Victor Chikanele, Cliton Blessing, Kolawole Toheeb, Wasiu Ayomide Raheem, Olalere Wareez, Yusuf Adams, Oyewole ‘Coded’ Ibrahim Mojeed Soldier Boy Warith, Yakub ‘Fakky’ Faruk and Olaniyi Oluwafemi among others.
Some entertainers and hip-pop artists such as Vtino Currency, Voldom, SBmninety, Prof Gee, Lummy D, Hamzydrexe, Da Crystals Dancers and Zion Kids dance group will also treat the audience to exhilarating performances as first 1000 spectator will also receive free Durore herbal drinks that is one of the support product to the show.
Meanwhile the Chairman of the Oyo State Chapter of the Nigerian Boxing Board of Control (NBB of C), the body that regulates every professional boxing activity in Nigeria, Hon. Gbenga Opaleye has commended the management of Glorious Sports Promotions for its efforts and shrewd manner of organizing the boxing show.
Opaleye however, promised all the teeming boxing enthusiast in the state an exciting moment with constant live boxing actions
“We have taken a bold step in reawakening professional boxing in Oyo State with the recent training/workshop that we organized for boxing referees and judges, the first of its kind in the history of professional boxing in the state,” Opaleye noted.
