Arsenal fumble to third consecutive draw as title chance gets slimmer

By George Aluo

Arsenal again for the third consecutive game settled for a draw against Southampton, a result that has further hurt their chances of winning the league.

The Gunners had to come from behind to force relegation threatened Southampton to a 3-3 draw ahead of Wednesday’s decider against Man City at the Etihad.

Arsenal had before tonight’s game played out a 2-2 draw against West Ham and Liverpool respectively.

Arsenal are now condemned to winning at the Etihad to have any realistic chance of winning the league.

Gunners now lead the log with 75 points, while Man City with two games in hand have 70 points.
