MAUREEN MMADU FOOTBALL KIDDIES CAMP MOVES TO ASABA
In continuation of her catch them young female football development project, Coach Maureen Mmadu has taken her search to Asaba Delta State for the 3rd edition.
Speaking to Newsmen recently, the former Super Falcons Assistant Coach said the project has a national face and will continue to move to give every girl child in Nigeria that is interested in making a career in football the opportunity to realise her dream.
She informed that about one hundred and eighty girls participated in the first two editions, an indication that a lot of girls out there want to play football but lack the opportunity and necessary push to start.
Coach Mmadu said that the number of girls showing interest in the game of football and level of parents support this time is a huge source of encouragement as it was not same during their own time.
According to the former Super Falcons, the camp will open on the 19th of December to 23rd December at *BLOOMING HEIGHTS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, ASABA*
She enjoined parents to please allow and support their children who are interested to participate in the Camping program and benefit from the opportunities therein .
The school is located at 7th Street, plot 64, DDPA Housing Estate, off DBS Road, Asaba.
The first two editions of the Maureen Mmadu Football Kiddies Camp took place at Anglican Girls Secondary School, Onitsha Anambra state.
