Organizers promise classy D.K OLukoya Cup

Organisers of the first Dr D.K Olukoya Ibile Football Cup have vowed to organise a classy football development programme at the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium Surulere Lagos from May 16 – 22.
As registration of 16 non league clubs end on Thursday at the Teslim Balogun stadium Lagos, Chairperson of the Organizing committee Gbajumo Afolashade Muyinatu has declared that highly rated referees would officiate all games,amid excellent medical and security arrangements.
While applauding Dr D.K Olukoya for boosting youth football development, Muyinatu informed that the eventual Champion will take home the sum of Two hundred thousand naira while first and second runner’s up would go home with One hundred and fifty thousand and fifty thousand naira respectively.
Muyinatu informed further that all semi- final qualifiers would be fully kitted towards highlighting the decency the sponsor is noted for.
The chairman of the Lagos State Football and other Sports Supporters club added that they would not compromise on discipline, hence they have set aside prizes for best behaved team amongst others.
