Ifeanyi George: 042 Football Legends Association commends Rangers

The promoter of 042 Football Legends Association, Chikelue Iloenyosi has commended the management of Rangers over the compensation the club is rolling out for the family of her late striker, Ifeanyi George.

Iloenyosi in a letter to Rangers management described the N20m insurance cover for the family of Ifeanyi George as commendable,even as he added that 042 Football Legends Association would be in Enugu to support the club on July21 during the presentation of the Cheque.

“We are coming with the intention to support Rangers for this exceptional and commendable act of love…our association will also love to reach out to the family of the late player…” Iloenyosi stated.

The management of the Enugu Flying Antelopes has reacted by officially inviting the Association via a letter signed by Barr. Ferdinand Emeka Ugwuarua on behalf of the club’s General Manager, Davidson Owumi.
