NLO: Lion Heart FC targets playoff
After watching his team beat King FC by 4-0, chairman of Lion Heart FC , Samuel Onode says the target of the team is to qualify for the playoff.
Lion Heart FC Friday, May 3, 2024 at the Legacy Pitch of National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos put up a good performance to defeat their opponent and Onode believes it’s the same quality they’ll be showcasing on Sunday in their next match of the lower league
” I’m very excited with our victory today because our opponent is a very good side.and having defeated them, we’re not going to leave any stone unturned to ensure we qualify for the playoff.
” You know we have many fans who believe in our quality and want to see us qualify for the playoff so we don’t want to disappoint them and that’s why we’re taking our remaining matches very serious.
Onode gave kudos to his coaching crew whom he believes have the quality to take the team to the next level just as he noted that the management is doing all it could to make the players happy
” It’s a well known fact that football is all about psychology and I believe my coaches are physically, mentally and psychologically stable and they know what’s at stake and they’re fully prepared to make the team qualify for the playoff”, he concluded.
