NNL Chairman Aluo Congratulates Muslims on Eid el- fitre Celebration

Chairman of Nigeria National League (NNL) , Mr. George Aluo has congratulated Muslim faithfuls in the country for a successful Eid el- fitre celebration

Eid el-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan which has exposed all Muslims to a period of fasting, prayer, reflection and spiritual growth.

In his congratulatory message, Aluo reminded Muslims to reflect the teachings of Ramadan which emphasizes sober reflections and absenance from ungodly things in their everyday life.

” I’m happy that Nigerians are today celebrating Eid el- fitr with millions of Muslim faithfuls all over the world and I want to extend my congratulations to our Muslim brothers and sisters.

“It’s equally important that I remind us that as we celebrate,we must imbibe the teachings of Ramadan which calls for total absenance from ungodly things and should also use this period of celebration to pray for the peace of the country and live in harmony with our neighbours”, concludes the statement
