Onitsha bubbles as Azubike Umunna, Iloenyosi, others grace Bishop Owen Nwokolo Secondary Schools sports competition final

The Grand Finale of the week-long Bishop Owen Nwokolo Secondary Schools Sports Competition comes up this afternoon at the All Saints Cathedral Sports Complex, with events in Athletics and Football final between DMGS Onitsha and St Christophers Junior Seminary 3-3.
Coordinator of the competition, Sir Victor Nwangwu in a release made available to Newstap.com.ng said all arrangements have been put in place for a befitting final ceremony that starts by 10 am with the table tennis final for boys.
The occasion whose chief host will be Rev. Canon Nwachukwu Uzo Okeke, the Diocese On The Niger Education Commission Secretary, the Managment of the Commision and Principals of DONEC Schools, will be graced by the Guest of Honour and CEO of Zunamedic Oil and Gas, Sir Azubike Umunna, and many other distinguished personalities including emeritus president of Anambra All Stars Sports Club and an elected member of Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon Barrister Patty Okafor, the Chairman of Anambra State Football Association, General Chikelue Iloanusi, Amb. Sir Ikenna Umeh, Sir Nonso Okenu, Barr. Ozoemena Erinne(Ozone), Engr Okey Okeke, Sir Alex Okenwa…and a host of others.
Just before the football kick-off will be the 100m finals (Boys and Girls), then the 4x100m relay final (Boys and Girls) with be concluded during the football interval.
The Guest Of Honour, Sir Azubike Umunna, is expected to take the ceremonial kick-off after being introduced to the players.
