PWA Scribe, Olukoya Wins Another Award In Belgium

Few weeks after he was chosen as African wrestling Ambassador
in recognition of his immense contributions to the development of professional wrestling in the continent, Secretary General of Pro- wrestling Africa, Olusesan Olukoya has received another award also from Belgium.

According to a letter of notification by Actu Fight Belgium, a media platform based in Brussels, the Belgian Capital and signed by it’s head, Herbots Didier, known round the wrestling world as Thierry Rhodan, Olukoya’s winning of the 2025 annual award is because of his ongoing
commitment and hard work with PWA and Allied Independent Wrestling Federation (AIWF).

” Olukoya has been a driving force in African wrestling. He took things to the next level with the expansion of his network and the organization of seminars across several African countries, helping to strengthen and structure professional wrestling on the continent.

“This year alone, he organized a technical exchange seminar with Shaolin Star, the RDC’s leading figure, coach and head of BYWS,
and the historic crowning of Heddi Karaoui as the first-ever AIWF African Champion; a powerful symbol of continental growth.

“His outstanding achievement, a clear vision, and an unshakable passion confirms Olusesan Olukoya status as a major ambassador for African wrestling which the entire continent can be proud.

The body stated that it strongly believes that Mr. Olusesan Olukoya will come with a full crew to receive this Award in early 2026, noting that a
seminar is already being planned with the Wanderer Kombat Federation ( WKF) board, focused on essential topics such as gimmick construction, feud or heroic storytelling and promotion strategies aimed at continuing the mission to elevate African wrestling to the next level.
