Qatar 2022: African countries fire blank after three matches as Morocco holds Croatia

By George Aluo
Goal drought! This is what has hit African flag bearers at the World Cup after three matches.
Morocco this afternoon held Croatia to a goalless in the third outing for African teams.
It would be noted that Senegal had on Monday lost 0-2 to Holland while Tunisia managed a goalless draw against Denmark.
All eyes would now be on Ghana and Cameroon on Thursday.
Cameroon would be up against Switzerland while Ghana faces Portugal in what would no doubt be a difficult one for the Black Stars.
Saudi Arabia has so far created the biggest upset of the mundial with their 2-1 victory over Argentina on Tuesday.
