CAF Confederation Cup: Enyimba make good start in group stage

Enyimba today started the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup on a good note with a 2-1 home victory over Ally Benghazi of Libya.
The game was one the Aba giants would have won by a very wide margin but for the poor finishing of their attackers.
Skipper Oladapo scored the first goal for Enyimba early in the game only for Benghazi to equalizer via a penalty. Just before the end of the first half, Benghazi’s goalkeeper spilled the ball for Enyimba to scramble in the what turned out to be the winner.
Enyimba coach, Fatai Osho while basking in the euphoria of the victory rued the chances missed by his side.
Osho commended Samson Obi who he noted played to instruction, even as he added that the team would now concentrate on the next game against Orlando Pirates next mid week away.
