SESC Issues Warning Against Unauthorized Use of Their Logo for AFCON Advertisements

The Super Eagles Supporters Club (SESC) has warned some travel and tour companies to desist from using their images and logo to promote their products illegally, or else the club will not hesitate to take legal action against them.

A disclaimer letter issued and signed by Mr. Francis Aguh, the Secretary General of the Super Eagles Supporters Club, has issued a serious warning to certain unscrupulous individuals operating travel and tour firms who are illegally using the SESC logo and name to promote their products, stating that legal action will be taken against them if they do not cease these activities.

“There are numerous adverts out there luring unsuspecting members of the public with various offers on AFCON and using our images to that effect. This is illegal, and the management of SESC has no hands in all these; hence, we are warning members of the public to take note and be wary not to fall victim to the fraudsters,” the statement signed by the SESC Scribe warned.

The statement further warned that anyone engaging with these fraudulent advertisements could face serious consequences. It emphasized the importance of verifying the legitimacy of any offers related to AFCON before making any commitments or sharing personal information.
