Iloenyosi visits Rangers camp, assures team of support

Anambra FA chairman, Chikelue Iloenyosi has pledged to support Rangers ahead of the commencement of the new NPFL season.

Iloenyosi made the pledge when he visited the Awka Camp of the Flying Antelopes who are in the Anambra state capital for close camping.

In his words…”I m glad you are here in Awka to perfect strategies for the new season. I have no doubt that you guys are enjoying your stay here in Awka. I played for Rangers and have fond memories of the club which is the greatest club in the country. I know the never say die spirit of Rangers and that’s why it’s necessary that you give more than 100 percent whenever you wear the shirt of the club. I am assuring you of my support and that of the FA. Enugu Rangers is a club that enjoys support everywhere in the South East. I believe in what the present management can do. You have one of the best coaches in the land in Abdul Maikaba. I wish the club the very best.”

The administrative Secretary of the club, Barrister Ferdinand Ugwuarua thanked Iloenyosi for the surprise visit even as he formally introduced him to the players and used his achievements in football to motivate them.

Present at the gathering were the Technical Adviser of the club Abdul Maikaba, assistant coach Benedict Ugwu and other coaching and backroom staff.
