World Cup qualifier: Prophet predicts Super Eagles’ victory over Zimbabwe

A reverred Prophet of Most High God and the General Superintendent, Miraculous Deliverance Christian Mission, Owerri, Prophet Dom Dan has predicted victory of Super Eagles of Nigeria over The Warriors of Zimbabwe in their crucial Group C, FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifying encounter.

The cleric disclosed this on Sunday at VIP stand of Dan Anyiam Stadium Complex, Owerri while speaking to Sports Journalist shortly after watching the Week 30 Nigeria Premier Football league, NPFL Oriental derby between Heartland FC, Owerri and Abia Warriors FC, Umuahia in which the visiting team humiliated the Naze millionaires 1-0, in front of their massive home fans, supporters and spectators.

However, the Prophet passionately warned Nigeria sweat merchant, Eric Sekou Chelle to be wary in his substitution plan of Victor Osimhen during the match which is holding this Tuesday by 5 pm at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

“I watched Super Eagles match with Amavubi FC of Rwanda, played in Kigali, I faulted the substitutions made by Coach Chelle especially that of Victor Osimhen.

“To me, it was a technical blunder even though we won, Super Eagles first eleven team were technically and physically fit for the match, there’s no game changing a perfect, strong and understanding team.

“I beg Eric Sekou Chelle not to do such substitution again, but were it becomes inevitable based on similar scenario, he should bring in a top fast moving but an intelligent striker to substitute Osimhen.

“As a patriotic Nigerian and fan of the Super Eagles, it’s my fervent prayers for the Super Eagles to win, definitely Super Eagles will win, even though as a Prophet of Most High God, am prophetically convinced about the Super Eagles winning” he reassured.

He appealed to fans and supporters of the national team to be hopeful and pray for the team, reiterating that the home match will be victorious for the Super Eagles.

The man of God who expressed disappointment over the result of the local derby match between Abia Warriors FC, Umuahia Heartland FC, Owerri, advised Coach Emmanuel Amuneke to restrategize in terms of finishing and building an understanding team.
