Chukwuezi, examplifying politics without bitterness

Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Chukwuezi popularly known as Nwanyi Alaeze is one of the emerged political personalities during the just concluded Imo State All Progressives Congress, APC primaries ahead of 2027 political dispensation.
Recall Chukwuezi was a frontline aspirant to represent Mbaitoli State Constituency in the State House of Assembly under the political platform of APC.
Her unpredicted entrance into the race changed the political calculations of political analysts and pundits in Mbaitoli as she came with integrity and pedigree, strong financial muscle, divine mandate, intimidating network and connections, patriotism, political sagacity and intelligence, political compassion, youths and gender sensitivities, quality and effective representations, inclusiveness and passion for enthronement of Godliness in governance.
Her acceptance was overwhelming and infectious like a political hurricane. She electrified the political aura of Mbaitoli, with her divinely driven messages of hope and better representations. Like a political Amazon and daughter of divine mercy, she quickly endeared herself to political leaders, party faithfuls, critical stakeholders, and the masses.
Her years of philanthropy and investment in human capacity building triggered in making her name a sing song in every household in Mbaitoli and even beyond.
To justify, Aka Chukwu di ya, within the short while, she galvanized Mbaitoli State Constituency political environment, her name thus ignited political jittery and quick silver in the political camps of other aspirants.
Her divinely driven aspiration, mission and vision inadvertently became the issue. Her genuine acceptance and popularity by all and sundry equally blossomed like MTN slogan of Every Where You Go.
Despite the strong wind of her infectious followers hips, Nwanyi Alaeze humility, passion and dedication in political consultations and messages of inclusiveness and fear of God in governance remain unabated, as she like a Trojan horse traversed all the nooks and crannies of Mbaitoli meeting party leaders, faithfuls, stakeholders and the masses with her assurances of better representations.
Chukwuezi built formidable grassroot structure in virtually every community in Mbaitoli. It was a justifiably issue of, ka nwanyi gatu kwanu because since the constitutional creation of Mbaitoli LGA, no woman have ever represented the Constituency in the State House of Assembly, and Nwanyi Alaeze was certainly on the verge of changing the historical narrative and for the betterment of the constitutents.
During the primary, party supremacy was displayed and the incumbent, Hon. Innocent Ikpamezie, the Voice of Mbaitoli was returned as the candidate of the political party for second tenure consolidation agenda.
One thing strikingly remarkable was that Nwanyi Alaeze, despite envisaged coasting home victoriously during the primary, but in all humility, loyalty and fear of God accepted the party decision and pledged her unflinching support to Ikpamezie and every other candidate of APC in winning the 2027 general elections.
To demonstrate her stand as an epitome of politics without bitterness, she has been a vanguard to all the peace and reconciliation meetings held by the political party since after the primaries, and as usual pledges her support and cooperation to the party leadership and their candidates in the forthcoming general elections.
Chukwuezi as a woman whose word is a bond, has since two weeks now followed Hon. Akarachi Amadi, the member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru (Mbaike) federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Abuja and the party’s consolidation agenda candidate for the same position during the forth coming general elections in traversing autonomous communities in Mbaitoli Local Government Area in execution and fulfilment of his grassroot oriented mega empowerment programmes to the constitutents.
The aspirant as part of her support to the Mbaike House of Representatives candidate mobilizes her supporters, provides entertainment to all the people at each of the venues and openly in solidarity identifies with the candidate for effective and qualitative representations.
This is a true demonstration of politics without bitterness, absolute loyalty to party leaders and total respect to party’s supremacy unlike some aspirants who equally lost the primaries and without an iota of remorse quickly dumped APC and cross carpeted to opposition political parties to still pursue their aspiration and ambition, at the detriment of APC.
Similarly, some of the aspirants that lost the primaries even though assumed to have remain with the political party have remained aloof and still bear grudges and animosity against the party and her leaderships since the results of the primaries did not favour them, but for Chukwuezi who’s an ambassador of politics without bitterness and there’s always tomorrow, those anti- party acts signifies political immaturity and sabotage, and should be jettison.
To the likes of Chukwuezi’s, there must be fear of God in politics and respect to good party decisions, certainly that’s the way to go, in our collective pursuit that a new Nigeria is possible.
