Spires 5-Aside Tourney: Blood & Sand, Wasola FA, Others Set For Semi-Final Battle In Ikeja
The top four teams in the Ikeja division are set to lock-horns for the ultimate prize and the status of Spires 5-Aside King in the division.
The knockout matches played at the weekend recorded plenty of excitement with a plethora of goals across the respective fixtures.
The EL Cesped Pitch, in Opebi Ikeja, will come alive again on Wednesday, July 8th, for the crucial semi-final showdown. The three spots in the state championship up for grabs, the teams will also produce masterclass performances to pocket the top financial reward on offer.
The hostilities will get on the way at 12:00 Noon when Blood and Sand FC files out against Wasola FC, while Zion FC will lock-horns against ASDI Academy in the second fixture at 1:00 pm.
The top three teams in the division will secure their passage to the state championship as well as a prize money of N500,000, N300,000, and N100,000, respectively.
A total of 16 teams will qualify from the five divisions in Lagos for the third edition of the Spires 5-Aside Naija Street Soccer Tournament in November.
