NNL boss, Aluo to grace Paddysco Sports Award in Lagos

Chairman of Nigeria National League (NNL ) Mr. George Aluo will Saturday, June, 22, 2024 grace the annual Paddysco Sports Award holding in Lagos.
According to the media aide to the NNL Chairman, Tayo Ogunseye the boss of the second tier league will be at the occasion as part of his efforts at encouraging grassroots football development in the country.
” I want to confirm to you that my principal, the Chairman of Nigeria National League Mr. George Aluo despite his busy schedule will be at the Paddysco Sports Award holding Saturday in Lagos.
” He’s gracing the event as part of his numerous efforts at encouraging grassroots football development in the country and I believe his presence will be a boost to the organisers known for their grassroots sports initiatives “, he said.
The ‘Annual Talent Showcase and Award’ ceremony will hold at the Garden Top Hotels, FESTAC Link Road Amuwo- Odofin, Lagos.
Among those to be honoured is a grassroots football promoter, Chuks Udeaja who will be honoured along others in recognition of his contributions towards grassroots football development in the country.
The event which will be under the chairmanship of Dr. Osondu Martins Ibegbu, Chairman BDFA will have Ambassador Emmanuel Oloja Akpakwu of the Philippine Consulate in Nigeria as the Special Guest of Honour.
