Star Boxing Promotions has concluded plans for a World Boxing Council (WBC) Silver Light Heavyweight title fight between American Richard RIVERA ” Popeye the Sailor Man” Ricihie, rated no 9 in the world and ASP Mathew Obinna Joseph” The Wise Man”, of the Nigeria Police Force coming up 6 April , 2024 in the United States of America.
Tagged “SLUGFEST AT THE SUN”, the fight promises to be an explosive encounter considering the pedigree of the two boxers.
