Enugu City International Marathon 2026 : 5-Day Expo and Kits Collection Set for Michael Okpara Square this August
As excitement builds across the country for the second edition of the Enugu City International
Marathon, the race organizers, Nilayo Sports Management Limited, have officially released details for the pre-race Marathon Expo, Brand Showcase, and Kits Collection exercise.
Registered participants, corporate partners, and fitness enthusiasts are scheduled to gather at the iconic Michael Okpara Square, Independence Layout, Enugu, from August 24th to August 28th, 2026.
The five-day interactive event serves as the official operational countdown to the main international road race on Saturday, August 29th.
Expo and Collection Schedule
(i) Dates: Monday, August 24 – Friday, August 28, 2026 (5 Days)
(ii) Daily Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Daily
(iii) Central Venue: Michael Okpara Square, Independence Layout, Enugu
(iv) Requirements: Confirmation Email and a valid form of identification.
The Marathon Expo is designed to go far beyond simple administrative kit collection, as this year, Michael Okpara Square will transform into an experiential village, offering a vibrant mix of sports business networking, retail experiences, and local culture.

cutting-edge health, wellness, and sports apparel brands showcasing their latest innovations.
Organizers strongly encourage all participants to complete their registration early and arrive during the initial days of the Expo to ensure optimal size selections for tournament singlets and avoid peak-hour queues toward the end of the exercise.
