Federation Cup: Rangers final ticket excites Ejindu

By George Aluo
One man that is on cloud nine over Rangers qualification to play in this year’s Federation Cup final is the club’s United States of America based patron, Benson Ezeomeogo Ejindu (MVP).
Ejindu moments after Rangers secured their hard fought 1-0 semi final victory over Plateau United in Ijebu Ode told that it is great to see the Flying Antelopes land in the final of the nation’s most glamorous football competition.
He noted that he is particularly excited because this has been a very difficult season for Rangers.
“From relegation battle to FA Cup final…isn’t wonderful?” Ejindu queried, even as he disclosed that he has spoken to the captain of the team.
“I have spoken to the captain and congratulated them on this great turn around in the fortune of the club this season…it is surely going to end on a glorious note. And you can see what encouragement can do to a team. When they were almost down and out in the league some of us rallied round the team and today I am happy they not only survived in the league but doing well in the Federation Cup,” Ejindu said.
