GADI Celebrates Official Partnership With International Grappling Federation

The leadership and members of the Grappling Athletes Development Initiative (GADI), Nigeria, a registered sport promoting outfit based in Lagos are delighted to announce their official partnership with the International Grappling Federation (IGF) based in Lithuania, Northern Europe.

“This partnership marks a significant milestone in our commitment to developing and promoting grappling sports in Nigeria and across Africa. We are honoured to join hands with a globally respected organization that shares our vision of empowering athletes, advancing technical excellence, and expanding opportunities for grapplers at all levels” explained Olusesan Olukoya the coordinator.

As an official partner of the International Grappling Federation, GADI looks forward to fostering athlete development, organizing training programs, facilitating international competitions, and creating pathways for African grapplers to showcase their talents on the global stage.

“We are confident that this collaboration will yield tremendous benefits for athletes, coaches, officials, and the wider grappling community.

“Together, we will work towards raising the standards of grappling, encouraging sportsmanship, and building a stronger future for the sport throughout Africa” Olukoya emphasized.

“On behalf of GADI, we express our sincere appreciation to the Federation Secretary and the leadership of the International Grappling Federation for their confidence in our organization. We look forward to a strong, productive, and enduring partnership, as well as many successful achievements together in the years ahead”.

According to Olusesan Olukoya the coordinator of Grappling Athletes Development Initiative (GADI), Nigeria, “Together, we will develop champions, strengthen communities, and elevate grappling across Africa and beyond”.
