Insecurity : FG misplaces priority, says Daddy Hezekiah

His Grace, the Most Rev. Daddy Hezekiah, OON, JP has attributed misplaced priorities by the Federal Government, as the major reason for the ravaging security challenges facing the nation.
Daddy Hezekiah as he is popularly known is the founder and Executive President of Living Christ Mission Incorporated disclosed this on Saturday in his Umugara Nkwerre ancestral home that doubles as the Church spiritual headquarters while receiving members of the Nigerian Union Of Journalists, NUJ and Guild of Editors, Imo State Chapters, as well as special delegations from Imo State Broadcasting Corporation (IBC, Orient FM) and Imo State Publishing Company (the publishers of The Nigerian Statesman Newspapers) who paid him a thank you cum solidarity visits in appreciation of his age long immense contributions in the upliftment of the union, her members and government established media houses in the State.
” Insecurities is making the nation bleed, because the Federal Government is misplacing priority in their leadership approaches. Nigerian leaders chooses the nation’s priorities wrongly. If the federal government is sincere in stopping banditry, killings and kidnappings in the country today, they definitely know what to do.
“The world has digitally advanced in technologies, fighting crimes and criminalities. These bandits, terrorists and kidnapers can easily be tracked using trackers and drones.
Stopping criminal activities is not lip service strategic approach but rather having realistic courageous, intelligence and patriotic will to do the needful”
He also alleged of indications signalling that the federal government has subjected the nation’s security apparatus and agencies into compromising and that’s equally helping in worsening the nation’s security challenges.
The revered man of God applauded Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State for tarring Nkwerre-Umudi express road, even as he passionately appealed to Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State to stop henceforth the demolition of people’s shops in Onitsha and its environ, noting such action as having negative effects of increasing poverty and attracting curses from the masses.
Daddy Hezekiah who’s also the Proprietor/Pro Chancellor Daddy Hezekiah University Umudi, Imo State described Journalists as wise people that make sacrifices in the execution of strategic responsibilities in every nation.
He further advised Journalists to be wary of unduly tarnishing of people’s hard earned image and adhere strictly in publishing the truth through investigative journalism and constructive criticisms, while insisting on the existence of God of Justice and karma.
Highlight of the visit was presentation of gifts to Daddy Hezekiah by the Nigerian Union Of Journalists, NUJ , Nigerian Guilds of Editors, the Staff and Management of Imo Broadcasting Corporation, IBC, Imo Newspapers Publishing Company and Mr & Mrs Valentine Okechukwu’s family.
