Jimmy Palm ‘ De African Dream’ Set To Present AIWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Belt To Ovie of Idejerhe Kingdom
Reigning AIWF Intercontinental Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion and titleholder, Jimmy Palm “De African Dream” who has his real name as Samuel Omare Omene-Johnson, is set to pay a royal courtesy visit to His Majesty, Obukohwo Monday Whiskey, Udurhie 1, the Ovie of Idjerhe Kingdom in Delta State, where he will ceremonially present his AIWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship Title Belt to him, as a mark of honour, respect, and appreciation for the monarch’s exemplary leadership and commitment to the development of his people.
The presentation is intended to strengthen the relationship between professional wrestling and Nigeria’s revered traditional institutions while recognizing the important role of royal fathers in promoting youth development, peace, unity, and community progress.
According to Olusesan Olukoya, Secretary General of Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA) and the representative of Allied Independent Wrestling Federations (AIWF) based in NC, USA, the ceremony symbolizes the respect that professional wrestlers have for traditional rulers who continue to inspire and guide their communities.
“Jimmy Palm’s presentation of his AIWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship Title Belt as an indigene of Jesse Town in Delta State before His Majesty is a symbolic gesture of respect and gratitude. It reflects the values of humility, honour, and service that professional wrestling seeks to promote.

Jesse Town (also known as Idjerhe) is the administrative headquarters of the Idjerhe Kingdom in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State in Nigeria.
The Idjerhe clan is a sprawling settlement consisting of over 30 to 50 villages/communities.
During the royal visit, Jimmy Palm will formally present the championship belt to His Majesty for ceremonial recognition before receiving the monarch’s royal blessings.
The occasion will also provide an opportunity for Pro Wrestling Africa to share its vision of expanding professional wrestling across Nigeria and Africa through athlete development, training programmes, and international partnerships.
The event is expected to attract traditional leaders, government officials, sports stakeholders, members of the wrestling community, and the media, further highlighting the growing recognition of professional wrestling as a platform for youth empowerment and national development.
