Ibadan Recreation Club boss backs Oluyole Expo 2023

President of Ibadan Recreation Club 1902, Dr. Adesoji Tayo has joined others to endorse ‘Oluyole Expo 2023′ billed to hold between December 15 and 31 at the club’s expansive playing ground.
Dr. Tayo said the man behind the event that is dedicated to creating memorable experiences especially fostering community engagement and business growth, Semiu Adenekan (also known as DJ. Semight), is a strong member of IRC 1902.
“Like any other member, Semight will have all our support. It is his right. Moreover, we are delighted that the event will also promote tourism as well as other economic activities.
“In addition, we will give him all the support he needs to ensure that he records a huge success since it is the very first edition of the event that promises an unparalleled extravaganza, and it will bring together businesses, families, and communities.
“We believe that Oluyole Expo 2023 will equally serve as a melting pot for networking, leisure, and discovery. And these are some of the values we hold high at the Ibadan Recreation Club 1902. So, those planning to attend will surely have a good time.”
The IRC President gave these submissions while featuring on a radio program in Ibadan recently. He also used the opportunity to express appreciation to all members of the club for cooperating with him to ensure the progress and uplift of the club.
“IRC 1902 is a club of equals. We all pay the same subscription fees and the fact that I am President does not give me any special status. I am here to work with others as a team and that, we have been doing. God has been helping us.
“Today, all our sections are in top condition. We have a new gym that is fully equipped, our main bar that we christened ‘Seyi Makinde Bar’ is the best in this part of Nigeria. I can also boast of our swimming pool. It is the best around”, he concluded.
