In a bid to arm club owners with transfer regulations as they relate with grassroots clubs and modern officiating rules, the Gwagwalada Football Club Owners Association recently held a seminar at University of Abuja Teaching Hospital Conference Hall.

NFF Domestic Transfer Matching System (DTMS) Manager, Nasiru Jibrin spoke on “Rights and expectations of club owners on players transfer matters” while retired FIFA-badged referee Bosede Momoh treated the topic “Creating more awareness about referees decision-making process”.

The final resource person was Airtel Representative Abuja South Musa Salawu who delivered a paper on “Club Owners/Airtel partnership”.
