NLO: Oyomesi FC tops Ibadan center

After defeating Black Scorpion FC by three un-replied goals in the Match Day 7 of the Nigerian Nationwide League One, (NLO), Oyomesi FC has emerged top with 14 points to lead Ibadan Centre situated at Lekan Salami Stadium Adamasingba Ibadan.

Oyomesi FC representing Oyo town will now confront Emalex FC of Owo that topped the Akure Centre of the NLO on May 29 at the Osogbo Township Stadium to determine who qualify for the playoff.

Oyomesi FC according to the statement issued by the General Manager of the club, Alh. Babatunde Saheed and made available to newsmen commended the proprietor and financier of the team Barr. Wakeel Oyeleru Oyedemi for providing all necessary incentives that motivated the boys to post good performance.

The GM popularly known as ‘Role Model’ also assured their teeming fans of a good outing while locking horns with Emalex FC in Osogbo stressing that the management is not leaving any stone unturned towards ensuring victory that will qualify them for the NNL.

“I want to use this medium to appreciate the proprietor and financier of Oyomesi FC, Barrister Wakeel Oyedemi who has provided all we needed during our campaign at the Ibadan Centre where we topped the group to qualify for the final play-off, and I want to promise a good performance on behalf of the boys,” said the General Manager.

He added that “the management has provided all we needed ahead of the last crucial match; hence we are promising Oyo fans a ticket for the NNL after our game against Emalex on 29th in Osogbo.”
