NNL AGM holds Friday at Rockview Hotel Owerri

This year’s Annual General Meeting of the Nigeria National League ( NNL) will hold at the prestigious Rockview Hotel near Government House, Owerri, the Imo State Capital.

A statement from the League board disclosed that arrival will be on Thursday while the meeting proper will hold on Friday, August, 21, 2026.

According to a statement by the board, the meeting which will have in attendance, the President of Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau and other top football administrators, including all the club chairmen will be declared open by the Executive Governor of Imo State Senator Hope Uzodinma.

The statement further stated that arrival will be on Thursday, August, 20, 2026 while the meeting proper will hold on Friday and departure on Saturday.

The meeting is expected to deliberate amongst other things the new date for the kick off of next season, review of activities of the league and the way forward for the most important league of the country
