NNL: Nnewi United bounce back, beat Delta Force

One of the most enterprising clubs in the NNL, Nnewi United FC over the weekend returned to winning ways after defeating stubborn opponent, Delta Force 3-1 at the prestigious Rojenny stadium, Oba, Anambra state.

The matchday 11 of the NNL league, which was tagged as star match of the division, lived up to expectations with the Anaedo Lions leaving no room for errors.

The Nnewi based outfit delivered a boisterous performance as they overcame the little tricks offered by thier opponent dymistifying all the pranks of the visitors.

This victory pushed Nnewi United to respectable position on the NNL log and thus consolidate the stand base on their targets

Speaking shortly after the game,  the stalwart of the club, Chief Olisa Onuchukwu stated that, his team would continue to play good football against all opponents and brings the club to the elite division

Onuchukwu who is the sporting director of Nnewi United, opined that, the mission of the club is to promote youth football and reward excellence with all vigour.
