Shaolin Master Simba Bafuka of Belgium To Lead Pro Wrestling Training Camp In Togo
Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA) has announced that renowned professional wrestling trainer “Shaolin Master” Simba Bafuka, head coach at the Brussels Young Wrestling Stlye (BYWS) will be heading to Lome, the Togolese Capital again to lead an intensive Pro Wrestling Training Camp from July 17th to 24th, 2026.
The week-long training camp is designed to equip aspiring and professional wrestlers from across Africa with advanced wrestling techniques, in-ring psychology, character development, physical conditioning, match planning, and safety practices.
The programme aims to raise the standard of professional wrestling in the continent while providing participants with world-class instruction.
According to Olusesan Olukoya, Secretary General of Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA), the training camp forms part of PWA’s commitment to developing African wrestling talent and creating opportunities for athletes to learn from experienced professionals.
“This training camp represents another significant step in our mission to build a strong foundation for professional wrestling in Africa. Under the guidance of “Shaolin Master” Simba Bafuka, participants will gain valuable knowledge and practical skills that will enhance their careers and contribute to the growth of the sport across the continent.”
The camp will feature practical training sessions, seminars, fitness and conditioning programmes, technical demonstrations, and mentorship opportunities for wrestlers, referees, coaches, and wrestling promoters.
Participants will also have opportunity to network with fellow wrestling professionals from different African countries.
PWA encourages wrestling clubs, promotions, and aspiring wrestlers across Africa to participate in the camp, which is expected to serve as a platform for talent identification and future international collaborations.
