Alleged breach of contract: Monarch awaits Court’s decision

In a swift reaction to news published in a national daily, that University College Hospital (UCH) has dragged HRH Oba Olatunde Oginni JP to court over alleged breach of contract, the Principal Secretary to the monarch, Princess Olorunjuedalo Oginni has described the action of UCH as an afterthought.
Princess Olorunjuedalo in a release issued and made available to newsmen in Ibadan said it is laughable that they are now going to press for a case that had been up for hearing in the High court of Justice Ring road Ibadan for the past four months, hence this has shown that the institution is confused and only running from pillar to post.
“There are two other cases that our counsel had already filed against the dastardly act of UCH, especially their Chief Medical Director, Prof. Jesse Otegbayo who was the one that actually acted against the contractual terms between De Executive Suites and UCH.”
“We know all the hidden facts about the case will be unveiled when the hearing about the case commences very soon, as we will not want to join issue with them of prejudice a case that is already before a competent court of law.”
“All the frauds that surrounded the way the CMD of UCH Prof. Otegbayo used in awarding contracts will be exposed to the world as the case progresses,” She said in the statement issued on behalf of the monarch.
It will be recalled that Trent Law Firm on behalf of HRH Olatunde Oginni JP has filed a suit at the High Court of Oyo State of Nigeria in the Ibadan Judiciary Division Holden at Ibadan in the matter of an application for the enforcement of fundamental rights after a caterpillar accompanied by armed military men on Friday, 10th of June 2022 demolished his multi million naira worth of properties without any court order or valid court judgment.
