Coaches praise Dr. Apostle Segun Masha and Dr. Pastor Shade Masha for transformative marriage retreat

Marriage and Ministry came together in an atmosphere of love, fellowship and spiritual renewal as Marketplace Missions Inc. hosted the maiden edition of the Coaches Time Out Marriage Enrichment Retreat in Nigeria.

Held at Timeless Beach Resort, Okun-Ajah, Lagos, the retreat brought together sports coaches and their spouses for a refreshing time of prayer, counseling, recreation, and relationship building aimed at strengthening marriages and promoting family values.

It was a memorable and refreshing experience as Marketplace Missions Inc. organized the first-ever Coaches Time Out Marriage Enrichment Retreat for sports coaches and their spouses in Nigeria.

The retreat, themed around the message, “Even a marriage ordained by God needs prayer, planning and nurturing to succeed,” was hosted by Dr. Apostle Segun Masha and Dr. Pastor Shade Masha, renowned authors, speakers, marriage counselors, and Christian leaders.

According to the organisers, the retreat was designed to provide coaches and their spouses with an opportunity to reinvest in their relationships, rest meaningfully, and renew spiritually, enabling them to build stronger homes and healthier marriages.

Participants enjoyed various fun-filled activities, including interactive games, gift presentations, prizes, marriage counseling sessions, prayer moments, and shared meals, all carefully planned to promote love, unity, and deeper family bonds.

Many of the couples expressed gratitude to the organisers for creating a unique platform that allowed coaches and their spouses to reconnect, celebrate their marriages, and strengthen their commitment to one another.

Several participants also shared testimonies, giving thanks to God for the opportunity to be part of the life-changing retreat.
