NNL: Lagos legends back Vandrezzer, Ikorodu Utd, Ottassolo FC

Massive support! That is what Lagos state teams in the National National League (NNL) would enjoy from Lagos Legends as action starts Friday, February 11.

Vandrezzer would open their campaign at home against Bendel Insurance at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in what is no doubt the star match of week one.

Lagos Legends Convener, Waidi Akanni stated in a release that his group would support the trio of Vandrezzer, Ikorodu United and Ottassolo to ensure they do well in the league and gain promotion to the elite division.

In his words…As a group we wish all the state NNL teams good luck as the season starts. We will as a group be watching all their home games live and give them maximum support to enable them make Lagos a lions den to all visiting team coming to Eko.”

A leading member of the group, Victor Agali stated…”We believe with our presence in all their home games, we will be encouraging the teams. We will also be adding our technical know – how as support to all the teams.”

Friday Ekpo on his part added…

“We also enjoin NNL to be firm in using their rule books on all the NNL teams, spectators, referees etc to make the league better.”
