Super Eagles defender, Chidozie Awaziem has rated the team’s new manager, Peseiro very high, even as he added that Nigerian fans should expect nothing but the very best against Ecuador on Thursday.
The Eagles who are on a two game friendly tour of America lost 1-2 to Mexico on Sunday morning.
Awaziem told NFF tv that Peseiro is a coach who allows the players to enjoy themselves on the field and pushes the players very hard.
In Awaziem’s words…”Peseiro pushes us a lot…he wants us to possess the game and right now we are in good shape and Nigerians should expect nothing but the best against Ecuador. We always give our best to come out with victory…it is our culture in Super Eagles to win games…we are focused for the game against Ecuador to make sure we come out with a good one.”
It would be noted that new Portuguese manager, Peseiro took charge of the team just before the game against Mexico.
