I’m determined to improve the fortunes of Ifelodun LCDA -Koleosho, Chairmanship aspirant

By Akeem Busari
Ifelodun LCDA in Lagos State, is one of the thickly populated areas and with varied tribes from different parts of Nigeria, just like the popular Ajegunle city. Since its creation as one of the 37 LCDAs, the people of Ifelodun, have somewhat suffered from inept and unpopular  local government administrators.

And with new local government elections expected to hold early 2021 across the state, wheelings and dealings amongst politicians in the state have started.
One of the most vibrant politicians in Ifelodun LCDA, Hon. Nurudeen Olatunbosun Koleosho has thrown his well decorated hat into the ring to join the race for the top local government seat.
In a press statement, the youthful politician and successful entrepreneur, explained reasons why he wants the local government chairmanship seat.
” I decided to join the race because I believe the good people of Ifelodun LCDA are not getting the kind of governance and leadership they truly deserves,” the 39 years old politician stated.
“Ifelodun LCDA have been bereft of proactive and progressive administrations in recent times. I am a thorough bred politician who have enjoyed the tutelage of political wise heads and welfarist politicians. The experiences garnered thus far, would be put into use for the betterment of Ifelodun LCDA in particular, and Lagos State in general,” Koleosho remarked.
According to the devout Muslim, every political office holder must be God-fearing, as that would put them in a better stead to do the right things at all times.
On his aspiration, Koleosho disclosed that he first showed his interest in the position in 2016, but was advised to step down and accept the vice- chairmanship position.
” This time, I am aspiring for the top seat. I want to bring on my wealth of political and entrepreneurial skills and wherewithal to help change the narratives as it concerns a progressive and people-oriented government to Ifelodun LCDA,” he enthused confidently.
