PDP presidential primary: Atiku floors Wike

Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike has been beaten in the PDP presidential primary decided Saturday night in Abuja.

Wike scored only 237 votes against the 371 scored by perennial contestant former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who is hellbent on ruling the country.

Attention would now shift to the APC who would in the next couple of days hold their own primary.

Below is the scoreboard of PDP.

Votes:

1. Atiku – 371

2. Wike – 237

3. Saraki – 70

4. Udom – 38

5. Anyim – 14

6. Fayose – 1

7. Ohuabunwa – 1

Void votes  – 12
