Qatar 2022: Argentina falls to Saudi in mother of all upsets

Saudi Arabia created one of the biggest upsets in football history beating Argentina 2-1 at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar.
The Saudi’s handled by former Zambia and Cote D’Ivoire manager Harve Renard came from behind to win.
Messi put Argentina ahead in the 10th minute courtesy of a penalty. In the second half, the Saudis fought back leveling up in the 48th minute with Al Shehri doing the job.
Al Dawsari struck in the 53rd minute to put the game beyond Argentina.
Argentina created several chances thereafter dominating possession by 70/ 30 but failed to dislodge the very resolute Saudi defence.
