Tochukwu Ezisi, Worthy of PWA Grand Patron Honour – Olusesan Olukoya

The Secretary General of Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA), Olusesan Olukoya, has said that the President of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi is worthy to be considered for the position of Grand Patron of Pro Wrestling Africa in recognition of his leadership qualities, support for youth-focused initiatives, and contributions to social and professional development.

Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA) that was set up in the 2015 as a continental professional wrestling body devoted to building, promoting, and expanding the pro-wrestling scenes across Africa, is the apex governing body for professional wrestling on the continent.

Currently operating across 22 affiliated African nations with headquarter in Yaoundé, Cameroon and Secretariat in Lagos, Nigeria, PWA organizes regional championships, develop talents, and secures international showcases for African wrestlers.

Olukoya stated that High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi has distinguished himself as a respected leader whose commitment to service, organizational growth, and the welfare of people has earned him admiration within and outside the maritime and logistics sector.

According to him, PWA values personalities who have demonstrated integrity, vision, and a passion for initiatives that promote empowerment, development, and positive societal impact, noting that Ezisi’s record in leadership and public engagement makes him a worthy figure for such an honour.

“High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi has shown that leadership is about service, commitment, and impact. His contributions to the freight forwarding industry, his support for people-oriented initiatives, and his passion for progress makes him a deserving personality for the post of Grand Patron of Pro Wrestling Africa,” Olukoya said.

He added that the proposed Grand Patronship would not only honour Ezisi’s accomplishments but would also strengthen the relationship between sports, business, and community leadership, which are all essential for the growth of professional wrestling and youth development in Africa.

Olukoya further explained that Pro Wrestling Africa remains committed to aligning with distinguished individuals whose influence and achievements can inspire the younger generation and contribute to the advancement of sports on the continent.

He expressed confidence that High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi would bring value, prestige, and moral support to the vision of Pro Wrestling Africa if given the honour of serving as Grand Patron.

“Pro Wrestling Africa is committed to celebrating excellence and partnering with individuals whose leadership can help inspire a stronger future for African sports. High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi, in our view, is one of such personalities deserving of this recognition,” he added.

Olukoya also noted that the honour would serve as a mark of appreciation for Ezisi’s outstanding role in leadership and his continued contributions to national development and institutional progress.
