By Peter Ejiofor
The Nigeria Union South Africa (NUSA) says it has sent an S.O.S. to the South African Police over a Nigerian businessman based in that country but who went missing since March 12, this year.

The union’s President, Collins Mgbo, said in a statement emailed from Johannesburg on Friday that the NUSA was concerned about the Nigerian, Alaba Jolayemi, popularly known as “The Don’’, who had been kidnapped.

Mgbo said that Jolayemi was abducted on his way home from a friend’s function at 9.30 p.m. on March 12, at Chartwell Castle in Fourways, Johannesburg, by 10 armed men.

“Till today, March 18, 2022, no word or news about him has been heard. His abductors have yet to make any contact.

“We implore anyone who has any information or has seen or heard anything about him to please call +27 011 4423520 or send an email to [email protected]

“The Nigeria Union is appealing to the law enforcement agencies in South Africa to help in finding the whereabouts of Jolayemi, a Night Club owner in Johannesburg.
