Best Talent FC Resumes, Retains 20 Players, Sets Up Open Screening For New Legs

...Open Trial commences Monday, Ends Friday

Camp of Best Talent Football Club of Mowe on Sunday, 5th July, 2026 returns to its ecstatic steeze as players resume from a week break in preparation for different trials and other season’s engagements.

Coach Farouk Yusuf while speaking with club’s Media after completing their first training session, he expressed joy over the attitude of his boys and said the Integrity side would aim for the best in the much anticipated programmes.

According to the grassroots football proponent, I’m extremely delighted to welcome back 20 players out of 33 we used to prosecute the recently concluded Nationwide League One season. They responded well with just a light training session after a short break.”

“Safe to put it on record that we dropped 13 players on performance clause and we have sent invitations to some brilliant players spotted during the league.”

“May I add that screening and open trials for young and ingenious players withing the age bracket (16-19) years to join this team will commence tomorrow Monday 6th July and ends Saturday 11th July, 2026 at Club’s ground, Car Park C Arena, Mowe, Ogun state.

In addendum to the coach Farouk Yusuf submission, the Club Chairman, Mr Adeyinka Adeyemo, said: “The nuance is that the club is interested in players who are good enough within the specified age bracket to wear the shirt of the club for optimum opportunities.

“The retained players are not unaware of the series of line up trials and competitions after this break. Thus, we anticipate challenges and we always seek players that could meet the market demands in this regard”

The ex player turns administrator added that : “We have told our players this and I am sure they know the implications too. Everything we need to do is to be on our toes, and ensure we give our best to be the best in Nigerian football space”. He concluded.
