Liverpool close points bonanza portal in Budapest
...Qualify for UEFA Champions League quarterfinal

By George Aluo
Reigning EPL champions Liverpool did not open their points bonanza portal Wednesday night in Budapest as they won their first match in seven games against German side Leipzig by 2-0 in the UEFA Champions League.
Before the game against Leipzig, the Jurgen Klopp tutored side embarrassingly lost six premier league games back to back with the last being the 0-1 loss to lowly rated Fulham.
The Reds however found their mojo against Leipzig with Sallah and Sadio Mane doing the job. With the 2-0 win, Liverpool romped into the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal on a 4-0 aggregate.
In the other UEFA Champions League game of the night, PSG had some “messi” on Barcelona allowing the Catalan giants who they beat 4-1 away to secure a 1-1 draw in Paris. PSG qualified for the quarterfinal 5-2 on aggregate.
