Uzodimma’s SA, Achinihu celebrates Mbata’s senatorial primary victory

Special Adviser to Imo state Governor, Hope Uzodimma on Grassroots Development Coordination, Chief Lawrence Achinihu is on cloud nine over the victory of Prince Alex Mbata in the APC senatorial primary decided on Monday.
Achinihu who spoke from the Ngwoma, Obube country home of Mbata moments after the peaceful primary described Mbata as the right choice ahead of the 2027 polls.
He noted that Mbata has been a committed and loyal APC stalwart that deserves to fly the party’s flag even as he expressed confidence that Mbata would in 2027 become the Senator representing Owerri Senatorial zone in Abuja.
“I congratulate him on the victory and we would work hard and mobilize for his victory in 2027,” Achinihu stated.
