2027: APC Chieftain Rallies Support For Anyanwu’s Federal House Aspiration

Ahead of 2027 political dispensation, and as All Progressives Congress,APC advances plan to conduct their primaries barely one month from now, Hon. Kerian Amadi has thrown his weight behind Lady Chinedu Anyanwu, aspiring to represent Ahiazu/ Ezinihitte Mbaise federal constituency of Imo State in the Green Chambers of the national assembly.
Amadi who’s a revered chieftain of APC in Imo State and Nigeria at large, disclosed this on Friday while addressing media executives at a prestigious hotel in Owerri.
He pointed out that the aspirant is a well known philanthropist and compassionate leader from Okirika Nweke political ward in Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, and with a very strong political family background, as her father Dr. Kevin Anyanwu, is a renowned business man and political leader, just as her late uncle Chief Francis Anyanwu was a two time Executive Chairman of Ahiazu Mbaise LGA
The astute politician further described Lady Anyanwu as “an exceptional politician with pedigree and antecedents, above all a politician with international clout, she has paid her dues in the federal constituency, Imo State and Nigeria in general.
“The federal constituency is in desirous need of an experienced leader with national and international clouts, that would provide efficient, effective and qualitative representations, honestly the cap fits Lady Chinedu Anyanwu.
“Anyanwu who’s an ambassador of education, youths and women empowerment is equally an activist of social justice and equity with vision in accelerated development and transformation” he attested.
Amadi passionately appealed to APC as the ruling political party with history of gender friendly disposition to consider lady Anyanwu and her patriotic driven aspiration, moreso, in view of her legislative capacity and capabilities, and as a patriotic and visionary team player.
The APC Chieftain further observed that politics apart, Anyanwu has for years being an unrepentant financier of a Non Governmental Organization,NGO that has been persistently committed in advancing the welfare of women, youths and the elderly in Ahiazu LGA and its environ through various welfare oriented empowerment programmes.
Amadi reiterated that, Anyanwu’s sterling human oriented and grassroot leadership qualities,and equally her divinely driven compassionate philanthropy have made her, to be a household name and lovable person to win elections in the federal constituency and Imo State anytime, any day.
He recalled that, “moreso, under political charter of equity between Ahiazu and Ezinihitte Federal Constituency as amicably initiated by the founding fathers of the federal constituency, it’s an obvious historical truth, that’s anchored in equity and natural justice, that, it’s the turn of Ahiazu council area to produce the next House of Representative member for the federal constituency in the forthcoming election.
“It will be totally unfair and undemocratic in 2027 for any body no matter whatever reason to try or make an attempt to truncate this age long mutual and brotherly instituted political understanding.
” History, natural justice, equity and posterity will definitely fight back, and at a devastating detriment of the political party, to before warn is to before arm. The electorates are wiser and watching” he stated.
He further recalled that Ahiazu /Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency Political Charter of Equity started with late Hon. Independence Ogunewe of Ezinihitte who represented the federal constituency for two terms from 2003-2011, then Hon. Raphael Nnanna Igbokwe, from Ahiazu 2011- 2019 and now Hon. Emeka Chinedu from Ezinihitte Mbaise that started in 2019 will be completing his second tenure of 8 years in 2027, thus, inline with the political equity and natural justice, by 2027 political dispensation, it’s certainly the turn of Ekwereazu political bloc in Ahiazu Mbaise LGA and Lady Chinedu Anyanwu deserves the seat, based on competency, and when compared with the plethora of aspirants now jostling for the position.
“I as an astute political leader and chieftain of APC, moreso, as one time chairman of the political party in Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, I know the 12 wards of the local government area very well, and I know the people too well, honestly and in all sincerity, she’s the only one among the litany of persons aspiring for the position that’s eminently qualified to win election for the political party if given the ticket.
“I have no doubt of her performances, both the federal constituency, the State and Nigeria at large will be proud of her” he assured.
