NBBF President Congratulates Coach OBJ On His 82nd Birthday

President of Nigeria Basketball Federation, Engr. Ahmadu Musa Kida has sent a hearty congratulatory message to foremost basketball coach ,Oliver Johnson on his 82nd birthday anniversary.

Coach Oliver Johnson fondly called OBJ is the Co-founder of Flying Stars Basketball Club and the pioneer head coach of the the Nigeria national team in the 70s. He was also the Ahmadu Bello University Basketball Team Technical Adviser, and founder of the Basketball For Peace (BB4P), as well as the consultant and mentor at Giant of Africa.

 “On behalf of Nigeria Basketball Federation and the lovers of the game in the country and diaspora, I wish Coach OBJ, long life, good health and prosperity.

” We say thank you for your sacrifices and commitment to our beautiful game, we appreciate you,” Kida stated.
