Group endorses Anyanwu for Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal House

Lady Chinedu Anyanwu aspiration to represent the people of Ahiazu/ Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives under the political platform of All Progressives Congress, (APC) has received serious boost as a group under the auspices of Concerned Political Stakeholders for Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise have endorsed her candidature as the best among the avalanche of aspirants jostling to represent the Federal Constituency in the forthcoming political dispensation.
The group led by Hon. Kerian Amadi gave the endorsement on Wednesday at Eziegbogu in Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area as one of the resolutions they reached during the well attended meeting of the critical stakeholders of the group within the federal constituency
The group that applauded Anyanwu for her patriotism, antecedent and pedigree lamented that since the existence of the federal constituency no woman has ever been given the opportunity to represent the constituency in the Green Chamber’s of the National Assembly.
They described Anyanwu as a compassionate, patriotic and result oriented politician with a network for the upliftment of the federal constituency.
The group passionately advised the leadership and stakeholders of APC on the need to give their ticket to her so that the political party winning elections in the federal constituency will be 100% guaranteed.
The group further commended the political Amazon for wide consultations with the political and community leaders of the federal constituency and even beyond noting that her acceptance is encouraging and her humility infectious.
The group described as political deceit and an illusion by some of the aspirants clamouring for third term that it would give them a perceived opportunity to be the Speaker of the House, describing the thinking as a deceptive political lie, even as Imo State is seriously positioning herself to be the Senate President in the next political dispensation.
Addressing Journalists immediately after the meeting Amadi informed that Anyanwu has been for years an unrepentant financier of a Non Governmental Organization, (NGO) that has been persistently committed to advancing the welfare of women, youths and the elderly in Ahiazu Local Government Area and its environ through various welfare oriented empowerment programmes.
Amadi reiterated that, Anyanwu’s sterling human oriented and grassroot leadership qualities,and equally her divinely driven compassionate philanthropy has made her, to be a household name and lovable person to win elections in the federal constituency and Imo State anytime, any day.
He gave a historical insight about an existing political charter of equity between Ahiazu and Ezinihitte Federal Constituency as amicably initiated by the political founding fathers of the federal constituency.
According to him, “it’s an obvious historical truth, that’s anchored on equity and natural justice, that, it’s the turn of Ahiazu Council Area to produce the next House of Representative member for the federal constituency in the forthcoming election.
“It will be totally unfair and undemocratic in 2027 for any body no matter whatever reason to try or make an attempt to truncate this age long mutual and brotherly instituted political understanding.
” History, natural justice, equity and posterity will definitely fight back, and at a devastating detriment of the political party, to be forewarned, is to be forearned. The electorates are wiser and watching” he stated.
He further recalled that Ahiazu /Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency Political Charter of Equity started with late Hon. Independence Ogunewe of Ezinihitte who represented the federal constituency for two terms from 2003-2011, then Hon. Raphael Nnanna Igbokwe, from Ahiazu 2011- 2019 and now Hon. Emeka Chinedu from Ezinihitte Mbaise that started in 2019 and will be completing his second tenure of 8 years in 2027.
“Therefore, from all intents and purposes, and inline with the political equity and natural justice, by 2027 political dispensation, it’s certainly the turn of Ekwereazu political bloc in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area and Lady Chinedu Anyanwu by destiny and competency deserves the seat, when compared with the plethora of aspirants now jostling for the position.
“I as an astute political leader and chieftain of APC, moreso, as one time chairman of the political party in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area, I know the 12 wards of the Local Government area very well, and I know the people too well, honestly and in all sincerity, she’s the only one now among the litany of persons aspiring for the position that’s eminently qualified to win election for the political party if given the ticket. She’s overwhelmingly popular among women, the youths and the elderly.
“We have no doubt of her performance. Both her federal constituency, the State and Nigeria at large will be proud of her” he assured.
